The Challenge
Our brief was to find a three bedroom property for our clients’ daughter who was due to start her first job in London.  The property needed to be in a gentrified and safe location to satisfy her parents safety concerns and also be a vibrant neighbourhood to suit their daughter’s wish to live in a lively and fun area.  The property needed to be in ‘turn key’ condition and all bedrooms needed to be lettable to help finance borrowings.

The Result
We searched across Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth and finally Brixton where we acquired a beautiful interior designed, off-plan flat in a partially reconstructed period building in a quiet and leafy conservation area.  We acquired at below asking price and our bid was favoured over another at the same level because we gave the selling agent, who we had dealt with before, confidence we would progress quickly to exchange of contracts.  As well as progressing the purchase we also helped with the post completion snagging process and ensured the property was in perfect condition for our client to move into.
