MA was looking for an exciting new home that had both access to Victoria and Cambridge.  We recommended several areas and after an extensive search focussed on Shad Thames.  During the search stock levels were low and there was high demand for quality properties but within 12 weeks of instruction we negotiated successfully on a fantastic riverside apartment with views of Canary Wharf to the east and London Bridge to the west.

LW and AR were based in Switzerland and looking to rent in London for 2 years.
