Who Are We?

Set up in 2002, Edingtons Property Search is run by brothers, Sam and Dan Edington. Sam, following a successful career in estate agency with some of the top London firms, now focuses his efforts on servicing buyers rather than sellers.  Having developed skills on both sides of agency he is an experienced negotiator and draws on a wealth of contacts throughout London. 

Dan, with a background in business consultancy with Accenture and commercial property experience at Knight Frank, has an extensive knowledge of the London market.  He has acted for owner occupiers and investors buying at a range of budgets right across London.

Together, Sam and Dan offer clients an attentive, friendly and professional service where integrity and openness is central to how they work.
