The Result

Our search was focused on Putney, Fulham and West Kensington.  After several weeks of pre-views we identified a newly refurbished flat in Fulham forming part of a boutique development of three flats.  Our clients acquired sight unseen and relied on us entirely to ensure the purchase was a sound investment.  We negotiated c.10% from the asking price and managed the acquisition to completion of contracts which involved resolving both a structural and a planning issue with the vendors.  We engaged local letting agents to value the flat and have appointed a letting agent.  Our clients have asked us to manage the flat on their behalf and have instructed us to secure another rental investment for them in prime central London at a much higher value.
