The Challenge
Our client, a trainee Doctor, wanted a three-bedroom apartment in Camden within walking distance to three hospitals she was due to be working in.  The property had to be in good condition and suitable for three sharers and acquired at under £1.7m.  With a work placement imminent we had to act quickly to find the perfect flat.

The Result
After a fast and focussed search, we identified a grand apartment on one of Camden’s best tree-lined roads. We successfully negotiated £50k off the asking price despite our clients stated willingness to pay asking price to secure the deal.  Our client was very pleased that we brought the search to a successful conclusion within the desired timeframe and that we saved them far in excess of our fee.
