The Challenge
Our client had experienced several failed purchases and found herself loosing out to other buyers.  Our challenge was to identify a secure three-bedroom property with a garden, in Islington or Hackney, in a location with good connectivity to Canary Wharf via public transport and successfully agree terms against the competition.

The Result
With the market rising and stock levels low we drew on our longstanding relationships with local selling agents to view ahead of other buyers.  After a long search, we successfully agreed terms to purchase a quiet and importantly secure property in the Canonbury Conservation Area.  Our bid was favoured over other buyers because the vendor and agent valued our involvement in the purchase and had confidence the deal would be progressed to completion of contracts efficiently.
