The Result

We acquired a wonderful newly developed flat in a fine period building on one of the many garden squares that characterise Marylebone.  We secured the flat against a backdrop of competitive bidding and negotiated a good discount from the asking price.  A short walk from the amenities of Marylebone High Street it is serving as a perfect London base.
