The Challenge
Our brief was to find a three-bedroom property in Zone 1 that would serve as both a home and a revenue-generating investment whilst the client was abroad on business.

The Result
We searched in Islington, Kings Cross, Clerkenwell and Shoreditch where we found a RIBA award-winning freehold house on Chance Street.  Our clients were attracted by the exciting and edgy neighbourhood, proximity to The City and the opportunity to refurbish internally to bring the house up to their exacting standards.  We negotiated over 15% off the asking price and went on to specify and manage a full refurbishment of the property.  Our clients were delighted with the results and we were pleased to see the process through from initial search to completed refurbishments.
