The Challenge
Having been served notice at their existing premises our client needed to find a new base quickly.  Our remit was to find a property, for sale or lease, that could house a growing practice, be accessible for clients and reflect the creativity of the business.

The Result
After an extensive search of the commercial market for suitable offices, we located a shell condition office for sale within a mixed-use development overlooking the Thames in Putney.  We negotiated a reduction in excess of our fee from the purchase price making our service a net break-even.  Our client has created an edgy, modern office combining clean white surfaces, glass and steel and through clever lighting and layout designed a warm, comfortable space in which to meet its clients.
