The Challenge
Our Gibraltar based clients tasked us with finding them a London home at under £2m to be used when visiting for business and to occupy as a family during their children’s university holidays.  With a keen eye for design, they hoped to find a flat in need of modernisation that they could make their own.

The Result
After a wide search of several areas, we focussed on Kensington and found an excellent lateral Three-bedroom apartment with its own entrance.  We successfully negotiated the purchase at below asking price and managed the purchase process, dealing with some complex lease issues in parallel with our clients’ solicitor, to completion of contracts.  Once acquired we helped our client transform the dated interior into a calm and contemporary space.
