The Challenge

Acquire two newly developed and very secure two bedroom apartments next to each other in a best of breed development in or around Marylebone.

The Result

The search included Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Primrose Hill and St Johns Wood and successfully concluded with the acquisition of two neighbouring off-plan apartments in the highly anticipated and well regarded Marylebone Square development in a prime Marylebone location.  We negotiated a discount from what we were told was a virtually un-negotiable asking price and arranged for the developers to alter their standard specification and to include works to adjoin the two apartments with interconnecting doors.
