To find a family home in RBKC

The Result
Our search area was RBKC with a patricianly focus on Chelsea and Holland Park. Our client’s budget sat at c. £6m.  Ours clients were keen to put their mark on something so we were mandated to search for properties they could personalise and add value to. Our search spanned 4 months and concluded with the successful acquisition of a handsome Georgian house on the West side of Noland Square. The house was perfectly positioned with stunning view onto the gardens and afforded our clients the opportunity to put their own mark on the property thought an extensive refurbishment program. We were particularly happy to have saved our clients a large percentage off the asking price despite being the under bidder in what was a competitive negotiation. We are now acting for the client on the sale of their flat in Chelsea.
