The Challenge
Our client’s mandate was to find a substantial freehold house in prime central London.  Our client wanted to move from leafy Chiswick into a more central location closer to her office.  Not wanting to undertake any substantial work the house needed to be in good condition and ready to move in to.

The Result
We searched in Notting Hill and Chelsea keeping in regular contact with a large number of estate agents before identifying a wonderful home on Oakley Street.  Having undertaking detailed price research we felt the asking price was inflated and we successfully negotiated over £300k from the asking price.  Our client was delighted and told us she would never have had the instinct to have negotiated such a large discount on her own.
