Our search focused primarily on the Dorking, Woking and Godalming triangle. Our brief was to find a period house, with future development potential, near a station giving quick access to London.
Our search took us to various villages and towns in Surrey and the surrounds looking at a vast array of properties. We successfully located Red Cottage, a beautiful Victorian red brick house with planning permission in place for an extensive rear extension which would increase the massing by a third. Located in the ever popular historic market town of Godalming our clients benefited from great access into London.
