The Challenge

To find a two-bedroom turnkey home to use when visiting London.

The Result

Our search primarily focussed on Putney, Clapham and Balham as our clients particularly liked the green open spaces offered by the expansive commons and heaths.  After viewing over 25 properties across two days we successfully negotiated the acquisition of a newly developed flat in a fine period building in central Putney.  The Flat is close to Putney Heath, Putney Common, the Thames and both the tube and mainline stations for trips into central London.
