Our search spanned Bloomsbury, Islington and Kings Cross and we successfully acquired a wonderful new built apartment forming part of a high end development in prime Kings Cross.  We successfully negotiated 18% off the asking price and managed the purchase to successful exchange of contracts within just a few weeks of our offer being accepted.
