As well as arranging for and attending selling agents valuations, we also interview selling agents and negotiate competitive fees which is something our clients really value. Once an agent is instructed we agree a target sale price, marketing price and marketing strategy and go on to be a first point of contact for the selling agent and provide weekly feedback to our clients. Once an offer has been accepted, we then progress the sale on a day to day basis.
