    A seasoned expert in London property with over 20 years of experience, Sam brings deep local knowledge, carefully honed negotiation skills and a results-driven approach to every transaction. He understands the needs of both buyers and sellers and is trusted for his honest advice and client-first ethos.

    Sam understands the unique pressures and priorities of both buyers and sellers and is committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and successful property journey from start to finish.

    Outside of work, he enjoys time on the tennis court with his wife and daughters.

  • DAN EDINGTON

    Dan has an extensive knowledge of the London market and has acted for owner occupiers and investors buying at a range of budgets right across London. He brings a wealth of experience to bear when it comes to helping clients formulate their briefs and is able to give expert advice when it comes to recommending locations. His methodical and focused approach is valued by clients wanting their search brought to a successful conclusion quickly and efficiently.

    Dan is an accomplished cook, a keen tennis player and skier.

  • LUCY HEATHCOAT-AMORY

    Lucy gave up a career in events to study at KLC Design School and from there worked for a high end interior design company in Chelsea. She then went onto co-found her design practice in 2009 which specialises in anything from full refurbishments and building projects to advising on furnishings and joinery. Of utmost importance to Lucy is working closely with her client to create a bespoke interior to suit their requirements.

  • ROWENA MARTIN

    Rowena holds a degree in architecture from Oxford Brookes and previously ran a successful interior design practice. She went on to lead the lettings department at a well-known Chelsea estate agency, gaining extensive experience working with property owners and tenants alike. At Edingtons, Rowena plays a key role in property management—supporting our landlord clients and ensuring tenants’ needs are met with care and efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys playing competitive tennis and spending quality time with her family.
