To find a house in need of work, with lots of light.
THE RESULT
Our search focused on Battersea, specifically around Clapham Junction due to our client’s commute requirements.
After a focused search, we agreed terms on a wonderful, unmodernised cottage in The Shaftsbury Estate. The house benefitted from a South facing garden and the opportunity for our client to put her own mark on the house. We assisted our client with interior design and project management.
We have since been retained by our client to find a new home along the A3 Corridor.
