THE RESULT
Our search covered Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Chelsea and culminated with the acquisition of a wonderful lateral and newly developed apartment in the much south after Avenue Court on Draycott Avenue, Chelsea. Our bid was accepted over another buyer who was already well progressed with solicitors. We negotiated an exclusivity period within which to exchange contracts, locking out the other buyer, and successfully exchanged and completed contracts within the tight time frame required.
