THE RESULT
Our client was disillusioned with the searching and buying process having been both gazumped and having a seller withdraw from a sale to her. Our role was to take on the search entirely, deal with all agents and identify a chain free property being sold by committed sellers.
Our search encompassed London Fields and Victoria Park but also extended to nearby Bethnal Green and De Beauvoir.
We identified a fantastic three-bedroom house on Balcorne Street neighbouring an RIBA award winning house (built on a plot of land coincidentally acquired by us for clients).
We were the first people to view the house and knowing its suitability we quickly reported on value and agreed the deal within two days of the house coming to market.
