Our engagement began with representing our client in the acquisition of a flat he had found on Farringdon Road. We did not rate the noisy and polluted location and encouraged our client to search for a better prospect and include other areas including Islington, Farringdon, City and Clerkenwell.

We identified a much better flat with better prospects for capital growth and resale on Britton Street, a quiet enclave of Clerkenwell. The flat was not compromised in any way and through tough negotiation, the low price we agreed afforded our clients the opportunity to invest in the property and refurbish it to their own taste.
