THE RESULT

We took our clients on three rounds of viewings at 6 month intervals looking at build-complete and off-plan apartments in the two areas of focus. We successfully negotiated the purchase of the last remaining three-bedroom apartment in Cadence, Kings Cross.

We negotiated a discount from the asking price and our clients are delighted with the acquisition now having a family pied a terre and a home for their daughter whilst studying in London.
