OUR CHALLENGE
To find a family home with easy access to ACS International School in Cobham.
THE RESULT
Our search focused on Wimbledon, Roehampton, Richmond and Barnes and we were working with a budget of £10m. Ours clients had a great eye for design so building into the brief the need for an unmodernised property was key. We toured a number of homes during their 2 day stay in London with one house clearly standing out amongst the rest.
We agreed a substantial discount on an impressive house which sat in the middle of Wimbledon Common and on the edge of Royal Wimbledon Golf Club. The 19th Century house had a wonderful south facing garden of over 115’ and sat on an impressive plot of almost 0.25 acre. The bustling High Street of Wimbledon Village with its variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and wine bars is less than a mile from the house, normally walkable in around 12 minutes which our clients hugely valued. Our clients have already embarked on an exciting renovation project using architects we recommended.
