The Challenge
To find a house in need of work, with lots of light.

The Result
Our search focused on Battersea, specifically around Clapham Junction due to the client’s commute requirements. Having used Edingtons on her prior purchase when buying in Wandsworth, she was well versed in knowing where she wanted to be. After a short search, we agreed terms on a wonderful, unmodernised cottage in The Shaftsbury Estate. The house benefitted from a South facing garden and the opportunity for our client to put her own mark on the house.  We assisted the client with interior design and project management. We are now retained by the client in the search for a new home along The A3 corridor.
