The Challenge
Our brief was to find a large family house to accommodate three generations under one roof, with a budget of £4m.

The Result
After an exhaustive search across the prime South West London areas, we acquired a large double-fronted and detached, Victorian house on Balham Park Road in Wandsworth. Our brief was to find a house that could be split into two titles post-completion so the layout had to be suitable for this. We successfully managed to negotiate well in excess of our fee (c.8% off asking price) and our clients were delighted to be able to accommodate three generations.
