Our brief was to find a three bedroom apartment in RBKC under £6m
The Result
Our search spanned all of RBKC. We successfully acquired an elegant 4 bedroom duplex maisonette situated on Cadogan Square, one of London’s most desirable garden squares. The property was located in a Victorian red brick; Historic corner building, which provided a dual aspect and an abundance of natural light. The apartment went through a meticulous renovation and included 3,300 sq ft of living accommodation.
