To find a detached house with parking near a park

The Result
Our search focused on Wimbledon, Richmond, and Teddington but the focus was Wimbledon, specifically around The Village. due to the client’s commute requirements. After a 3 week search, we agreed terms on a one of a kind, detached new build house. The house was located in a sought after residential road, moments from the Common and very near the Village with its fantastic array of wonderful restaurants and shops. We recommended a mortgage broker who managed to obtain a mortgage offer within 4 weeks and in doing so, facilitating a 5-week process from offer accepted to completion of contracts.
