The Challenge
Our brief was to find a Three bedroom property for a professional couple who had busy jobs and were frustrated with spending evenings viewing properties that did not meet their brief.

The Result
The search took us to Kensington and Notting Hill. We acquired a beautiful interior designed flat in Kensington, and importantly, a short walk to Gloucester Road Tube. We negotiated over 15% off the asking price. Our clients were delighted and said “The lower stress levels alone were worth using Edingtons, let alone the time saved and discount from the asking price they negotiated for us”
