Find a good yielding turnkey investment property with prospect of good capital appreciation in Prime Central London to add to our clients’ investment portfolio.

The Result

After a search that spanned Fulham, Marylebone and Notting Hill our client opted for this fabulous one bedroom flat in a quiet and leafy enclave of Notting Hill.  After a tricky negotiation and competitive bidding we secured this very well developed flat in a prime part of Notting Hill close to the tube station.  Three offers to let the flat were recieved within two days of marketing which is testament to the quality of the flat and its desirability to tenants.  Prospects for capital growth are good too.  Our clients are delighted.
