The Result
Having been searching on their own for several years, our clients were ready to hand their search over to an expert giving them time to focus on their demanding jobs and family commitments. They had suffered one aborted purchase following poor service and misrepresentation from another agent. Knowing they needing hassle-free, secure living with off-street parking, Riverside Quarter in Putney was the perfect fit. They knew the development well as they were renting in the building we acquired their flat in. Being a new build, the conveyancing process did not come without its challenges but we managed the process successfully to exchange of contracts and they are now living happily in a home they love.
