The Challenge
Our brief was to find a two bedroom apartment in West Kensington, Fulham or Clapham that will rent well and quickly and with good prospects for capital appreciation.

The Result
Our search spanned West Kensington, Fulham or Clapham and after negotiation on two properties in sequence we successfully acquired a smart two bedroom flat located on a quiet tree lined street just off Clapham high street.  The flat is the third investment property we have acquired for our clients and we have since been instructed to acquire a fourth.
