The Result
Our search focused on Wandsworth, Putney, Southfields and Barnes, within a 10 minture drive of Prospect House School. Being based in The US and with Covid-19 travel restrictions in place, our clients benefited from someone on the ground, albeit remotely, guiding them through the buying process. The house we located sat in the heart of Barnes Village, a sort after location for families thanks to a fantastic array of wonderful restaurants, shops and the ever popular duck pond. As we do with many clients, we recommended a mortgage broker, surveyor and solicitor who all helped to facilitate a speedy transactions. We are now in the process of helping the client manage works to the house ahead of their arrival into The UK.
