THE RESULT

Our clients, a couple based in New York, were looking for a London pied-à-terre that would allow them to make the most of the city whenever they were in the UK. With one working as an actor and both sharing a love of theatre, musicals, live music and eating out, location and lifestyle were central to the brief.

They wanted a property with character in a vibrant part of London, with easy access to the capital’s theatres, restaurants and cultural scene. As overseas buyers, they also needed us to be their eyes and ears on the ground, identifying the right opportunities and managing the search and acquisition process from London.

We successfully found them a characterful warehouse apartment in the heart of Shad Thames and, through careful negotiation, secured the property at a saving in excess of our entire search fee.
