To find a detached house with parking near a park in SW London.

THE RESULT

Our search focused on Wimbledon, Richmond, and Teddington but the focus was Wimbledon, specifically around the Village. After a 3-week search, we agreed terms on a one-of-a-kind, detached new build house.

The house was located in a sought after residential road, moments from the Common and the Village. We recommended a mortgage broker who managed to obtain a mortgage offer within 4 weeks and in doing so, facilitating a 5-week process from offer to completion of contracts.
