THE RESULT

Our search encompassed Herne Hill, Peckham with a focus on Dulwich and concluded with the acquisition of a newly modernised Victorian house in East Dulwich. Having already agreed terms to acquire a house nearby (who’s vendor was not in the proceedable position they said they were) we were keen to find a chain free property to give our clients as much certainty as possible that the deal would progress to completion quickly. This was achieved and our clients are now happily ensconced in their new home and enjoying being close to their friends and the excellent local amenities that East Dulwich offers.
