Putney
“It's been a real pleasure having you and Sam guiding us through the whole process. And we both very much appreciated having your advice during the more difficult moments of the purchase!
Thank you both sincerely. We are very excited about moving to our new home and perhaps once we've settled in we can have you both round for a celebratory drink!“
OUR CLIENT
London based music composer.
OUR CHALLENGE
Dovetail the sale of a meticulously converted 1930s doctor's surgery in Putney with the acquisition of a much larger house with a garden big enough to accommodate a music studio.
THE RESULT
Our client was not persuaded by an unrealistically high valuation from a high street agent and following carefully researched advice on value from us appointed us to sell his home. We agreed a competitive pricing strategy which resulted in bids from two interested parties. By fostering competitive tension between buyers we achieved a high price per square foot and managed the sale to completion of contracts.
In parallel with progressing our client's sale we undertook the search for his onward purchase which encompassed Hampton, East Molesey, Putney, Wimbledon & Wandsworth. Our search culminated in the acquisition of a fine house in Putney which combined the practicalities of London living with a country aesthetic. Set in a garden large enough to accommodate a large music studio and with leafy views from all rooms our client is now embarking on making improvements to the house along with converting an outbuilding in to an annexe to accommodate guests.
