THE RESULT

After a focussed search around Clerkenwell, Bethnal Green, Farringdon, City and Islington we identified two flats in a characterful warehouse conversion. Forming part of a small development in a quiet enclave of vibrant Clerkenwell our clients fell in love with its lateral space, exposed brickwork and a price point that allowed the opportunity to make improvements to the flat. With secure underground parking too it offered safe storage for one of their several vintage sports cars. We negotiated almost 10% off the asking price delivering a significant overall saving through our involvement.
