THE RESULT
Our search covered Fulham, Chelsea, Pimlico, Westminster, City, Islington, Clerkenwell, Holloway, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Kings Cross and Covent Garden for a two bedroom flat for £1m. This very wide search area was challenging but after six months of searching we acquired Lexington Apartments for significantly under the asking price saving well in excess of our fee.
