Whilst £800k is a substantial sum, our first time buyer clients, keen on acquiring a Freehold house rather than a flat, were priced out of period properties in the primer parts of Islington. We advised them to consider more recently built houses over period properties as they command lower prices whilst generally offering excellent proportions and well laid out space and to consider peripheral areas to Islington.

We helped our clients navigate a tricky sales market with a search that spanned Highbury, Holloway, Arsenal, Islington and Kings Cross. We identified a fantastic, modernised house close to the green spaces of Paradise Park and vibrant Upper Street with its abundance of shops and restaurants and negotiated below the asking price.
