THE RESULT
The search included Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Primrose Hill and St Johns Wood and successfully concluded with the acquisition of two neighbouring off-plan apartments in the highly anticipated and well regarded Marylebone Square development in a prime Marylebone location.
We negotiated a discount from what we were told was an un-negotiable asking price and arranged for the developers to alter their standard specification and to include works to adjoin the two apartments with interconnecting doors.
