To find a secure, low-maintenance flat that enabled both daughters to have a short commute to their offices.
THE RESULT
Our search focused primarily on Canary Wharf and The Isle of Dogs but also encompassed Limehouse to The West and Greenwich to The East. Our brief was to find a secure flat in a building with full facilities and within a 20 minute commute from both daughters offices in The City and Canary Wharf.
After an extensive search, we located a fantastic 12th floor, 2 bedroom flat in Pan Peninsula Square, a Ballymore development. The flat had far reaching views over the Wharf, 25 meter communal swimming pool, 24 hour concierge and secure underground parking. With a lack of EWS1 certification and with our client’s cash position, we were able to secure a hefty discount off the asking price.
