Our search encompassed London Fields and Victoria Park but also extended to nearby Bethnal Green and De Beauvoir. Our client was disillusioned with the searching and buying process having been both gazumped and having a seller withdraw from a sale to her. Our role was to take on the search entirely, deal with all agents and identify a chain free property being sold by committed sellers. We identified a fantastic three-bedroom house on Balcorne Street neighbouring an RIBA award winning house (built on a plot of land coincidentally also acquired by us for clients). Balcorne Street is a quiet one-way turning on the periphery of Victoria Park Village, near shops, restaurants and pavement cafes and the green open spaces of both Victoria Park and Well Street Common. We were the first people to view the house and knowing its suitability we quickly reported on value and agreed the deal within two days of the house coming to market. Our client is delighted we delivered a successful result quickly in a way that eliminated hassle and that we were on hand to help progress the purchase quickly and effectively.
