Our search focused on Marylebone, specifically around the high street. Having just acquired a London office in Marylebone, our client was keen to secure a London home close to work. After a short search, we agreed terms on a £10.5m Sub-Penthouse in The W1 Development situated on Marylebone High Street. The building benefits from a 24-hour porter, secure underground parking and sits on the top of the building away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. Keen to put his own mark on the property, we assisted the client with interior design and project management. We are now retained by the client’s US property company in helping them build a residential rental portfolio in Prime Central London.
